At a glance
Recurring right-of-way and substation monitoring for teams that need repeatable evidence across vegetation, access, and site-change conditions.
Program fit
A subscription is appropriate when the site is fixed, the inspection need repeats, and the monthly record changes operational decisions.
Right-of-way watch
Repeatable visual passes make vegetation, access-road, and encroachment changes easier to compare.
Substation context
Thermal and visual evidence can be packaged for maintenance review without turning every site into a one-off project.
Portfolio cadence
Monthly site records let asset teams compare locations by the same service commitment.
Published plan
Published monthly band: $2,500-$10,000+/mo. A signed proposal freezes the active monthly plan, cadence, and 36-month minimum before deployment.
Utility ROW
$5,000/mo published plan; 8-16 flights/month for corridor cells and substation monitoring.
Wildfire season
Weekly wildfire-season cadence can step down to monthly off-season evidence without changing the customer record.
ROW + substations
$2,500-$10,000+/mo reflects corridor length, substation count, and required review cadence.
Monthly operating record
Every recurring page uses the same service commitment and portal evidence model, so operations teams compare months without re-learning the format.
Flight history
Completed flights, missed-weather attempts, and next scheduled flights remain visible in the customer portal.
Evidence continuity
Reports, imagery, and flight metadata stay attached to the same property or site record.
Failure threshold
The published cadence threshold gives the customer a clear remedy if Plenoptary fails to deliver.
Published service commitment
What the recurring subscription includes
Cadence
We target at least 90% of contracted flights in each monthly service period.
Weather and safety
weather and safety aborts do not count against cadence when the customer is notified.
Weather and safety abort notices target a 24-hour window when forecast or site conditions make the flight unsafe.
Replacement coverage
Covered dock or aircraft replacement is targeted within 7 days after the claim is resolved.
Portal access
24x7 customer portal access for reports, flight history, service status, and evidence downloads.
Failure threshold
You may terminate for Plenoptary failure when monthly cadence stays below 80% for 3 consecutive months.
Current pricing basis
Starts at $5,000/mo from the current published monthly plan.
